Returns and Exchanges
Thank you for your purchase. Return, Exchanges or Refunds for change of mind, wrong product or size, Incompatible products/accessories purchased will not be accepted. However, if you find any malfunction or faults with your purchased product, you may return it to us for a warranty claim. Please see below for more information.
To return an item, please contact: 076 880 2409. We will guide you on how to make your returns. If you are returning via courier service, Place the item securely in its original packaging and the purchase Invoice from Datastore.lk, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process the warranty claim. Please allow at least Twenty one (21) days from the date of return of your item to process the claim.

- Non-warranty Products
